The cameras are working at home under surveillance. I don 't care at all that the work has stretched over time . It really is. We were in this A-mobile salon on 09/11/2024, we wanted to buy a SIM card with minimal Internet and calls to Russia for 2 weeks, as we needed to communicate with our two grandmothers during the vacation. The tariff of 5GB of Internet and 60 minutes of calls to Russia costs 1400 with something like 1,450 rubles. THEY DID NOT ASK FOR a PASSPORT WHEN BUYING! We left the salon and after a couple of minutes noticed that the Internet was not working, returned, it was set up for us in 30 minutes, in this case we decided to immediately check calls to Russia. They did not work, during all the calls we heard a text in Abkhaz from the operator. RUSSIAN RUSSIANS immediately answered the phone to the manager in the salon, she did not listen and began to say that "YOUR RUSSIAN PHONE DOES NOT WORK, AND OUR COMPANY HAS DONE EVERYTHING TO MAKE YOUR RUSSIAN PHONES WORK." To our response that we asked in advance to say whether the calls would work, since our grandmothers are 80+ years old and we need to communicate with them, that we gave the money, the manager kept repeating that our phone was to blame, by the way, the iPhone is American, not Russian. We just put 1 point for service on the sign in front of the stand, the girl manager saw it and said a hundred times "YES, SO THAT THIS ASSESSMENT WILL AFFECT YOUR VACATION" and other forms of this curse without stopping. We went out, checked the calls again, they didn't work, then the girl with an evil laugh and a smile gave the money to the moms and repeated the curses again. Across the street in Aquafon, the manager helped us a lot and we had a fully working SIM card, bought with a passport according to the law and at a cheaper price. The local hosts we lived with said that our calls to A-Mobile might not work due to the lack of 100 rubles in the account, but the manager initially refused to even listen to the text on the phone in Abkhaz to check it. So EVERYTHING THAT WAS WISHED FOR US WILL BE RETURNED IN DOUBLE SIZE!

This is an inadequate telecom operator: they randomly deduct amounts from the account, support cannot respond clearly, sends random messages to the chat, it feels like they themselves do not understand what the client needs.
