I would have given them 5 stars if it hadn't been for the incident that happened here! I was bitten by bedbugs in my room, I could not even imagine this, I walked for two days and thought that I was allergic to the powder used to wash bed linen, I practically did not sleep, everything itched and burned, as soon as I turned off the light, hell began... But on the third day, bumps with bites appeared, and blood spots on the sheet, I was just covered with red sores and they itched terribly, that's when I realized that these were some kind of insects...What do you think the staff did when I came to them for help in the middle of the night? They gave me a "set" against bedbugs (they already had it ready, i.e. I was not the first to have this problem): a special rubberized sheet, an itch gel for the skin, and a cellophane bag to hide my things in it, including things in a suitcase, since bedbugs are spreading everywhere. As a result, I slept on a rubber sheet and covered myself with my sweaters for warmth...It didn't even occur to the staff to move me to another room, disinfect my bed and my belongings... They did not compensate me for the damage in any way, but after arriving home I had to throw out a new suitcase and many things, my husband and son were already waiting for me on the threshold of the house with bug sprays, since bringing them into the house is akin to a fire, then I will have to throw out all the equipment and many pieces of furniture and interior...in short, it was just terrible, the bites went off for a month, and at the hotel they said goodbye to me, I'm sorry, you know, different people stay with us, i.e. I had to get into their position...And they didn't want to get into my position??? It was the first time this happened to me in Europe, now I will be afraid of places like this hotel...
