I contacted this company about the repair of the ceiling. It seems that all the nuances were clarified, but there was no convenient time for the arrival of the master (a single day was proposed and around 12 p.m.). The company representative said that he would clarify and inform me in a couple of days if the master would be available at the time I suggested. As a result, there was no feedback on the appointed day, and my messages were ignored (I did not receive any response for about a month). Extremely questionable approach to work and clients in general.
