An excellent hospital with a wide range of services and attentive staff. You will always find the necessary help and support here. Modern equipment and caring approach make the visit as comfortable as possible. But the Reception desk is like a separate exhibit: always with a displeased expression on his face, which, of course, spoils the first impression. But I was pleased with the electronic queue system — it is convenient and modern. In general, it is acceptable, but I would like more goodwill from the staff.

I was at a neurologist's appointment, and they told the doctor that a neurosurgeon was examining me, and everything was fine with him, saying that I needed a good neurologist.After his appointment, the neurologist sent him back to the neurosurgeon to clarify whether surgery was necessary. When I went to the neurosurgeon, I got football again. In a word, doctors love money, but unfortunately not everyone succeeds in providing quality. I'm unlikely to come here again.

On the plus side: there are no queues, and the waiting time is minimal, so going to the clinic takes little time. There are many more disadvantages: the prices are high; each appointment is paid (both the first and the subsequent ones to the same specialist); doctors are no better than in a regular clinic, although you expect high-level professionals for this money; the attitude towards the patient is cool, and sometimes boorish. In general, the desk is aimed at making money, not treatment. I went to this clinic more than once, the treatment was mediocre, and once the treatment there led to sad consequences that worsened my life. Do not contact them, go to your clinic. They're making money, not treating it.
