I want to share my impressions about my vacation at the Abbash guest house. The guest house is located near the city of Sukhum. Shops, cafes, pharmacies are within walking distance. We were vacationing with a family with three children. A very spacious courtyard area, which is divided into two zones. The courtyard is closed, parking for cars on the top of the courtyard, as well as a recreation and cooking area, you can cook a barbecue and not only, the lower part is very spacious, where the guest house itself is located, a separate wing with a kitchen, where everything is necessary, as well as places for meals, in the center there is a garden with fruit trees. The rooms are clean, spacious, freshly renovated, equipped with everything you need, excellent wi-fi. The sea is just around the corner. The sea is clean, warm, the beach is equipped. And most importantly, very hospitable and responsive hosts, ready to help and orient in emerging issues. We liked everything, the children are happy.

For the second year in a row, we rested in this wonderful guest house, we are very happy with our rest! For the first 10 days we lived in a quadruple room, the room is simply gorgeous, very spacious, two windows, a large double bed and two single beds, a chest of drawers, a clothes rack, a refrigerator, a TV, air conditioning, Internet, a small sofa, a spacious bathroom, hot and cold water around the clock. Then we decided to extend it for another 3 days, I really didn't want to leave there))) our room was already booked by other people, so we moved to a triple room, everything is great there too, a large wardrobe, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, Internet, a large double bed (two adults and a child of 7 years old on this bed were quite comfortably accommodated) and a single.All rooms are modern, newly renovated, new furniture.There are two kitchens for self-cooking, a washing machine, a microwave, kettles, stoves and refrigerators in both kitchens. A very large courtyard on the upper tier of the courtyard there is a parking place and a kitchen under a canopy on the lower level you go down the steps there is another kitchen in a separate room, a very large courtyard, a garden and the guest house itself from the guest house the road to the sea takes 1 minute (through the second gate, you go out and immediately see the beach))))The beach is not crowded at all, the water is clean, transparent on the shore there are pebbles and sand in places. Only 8 people vacationed with two families from July 11 to July 21. Wonderful place the rooms are new with good repair, tiles everywhere, stretch ceilings, sockets on both sides of the bed, hot water around the clock, TV in the room, refrigerator, air conditioning, Internet. There are two kitchens on site for self-cooking, the kitchens have all the necessary utensils, a microwave, a kettle, stoves, a washing machine, there is a barbecue. A large courtyard and garden with tangerines, peaches and other fruit trees. There is a place for cars in the yard. The sea is 1 minute away. The beach is sand and pebbles in places, there are not many people on the beach at all. Shops, cafes, canteens are within walking distance from the house. We were very satisfied with the rest, the owners of the house are kind and helpful people.
