We had a rest in Abbot Gagra from September to October 3, 2025. The travel agent helped us with the choice of the hotel and we did not lose. The hotel is not cheap, but it is one of the five most comfortable and comfortable hotels not only in Gagra, but I think in the whole of Abkhazia. We stayed in a superior room in building number two. The room has a sea view. The numbers are distributed randomly and we were just lucky. The room has everything you need: towels, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo and body gel in the bathroom, a kettle, cups, and tea and sugar are served every day. Cleaning is daily. Everything is clean and tidy. There are coolers with hot and cold water on the floor. The hotel grounds are very clean. The pool is perfect. The beach is clean, the beach bar is very tasty))). The hotel itself has two types of meals: breakfast and dinner buffet: breakfast 700 rubles per person, dinner 1400 rubles per person. Delicious! But! Simple European food. We didn't go. There is a beautiful tea house on site. The food is delicious there and there are many Abkhaz dishes on the menu. There is also the Abbot's restaurant. But we didn't visit. One cloudy day we went to the spa: 1000 rubles per person for 3 hours. Sauna, hammam, two swimming pools, relaxation area, tea... perfectly! There is an embankment next to the hotel, you can walk until you drop. The impressions of the hotel are simply amazing! If we go back, it's only here. Because there is no decent choice! We watched everything live side by side and realized that we were in paradise! PS: when the lights and water are turned off everywhere, the Abbot has everything, as its own generators start working.

I visit Abkhazia very often and have long wanted to go to this hotel, but I don't like to book through tour operators. And then I find it on Onlinetours! An incredibly beautiful, well-renovated hotel. The coastline of the beach is small, but this is a plus, only those staying at the hotel are on the beach. There is a nice bar, you can take saps for a swim, ride a banana. The pool has very comfortable water, and everything is clean. Our room was a little tired, but generally good, I took an improved one with a sea view. The room has everything you need. There is water in the cooler in the hallway , in this case there is not enough jug in the room . The ironing board and iron were right next to our room. The breakfast is delicious, in Abkhazia you rarely find good breakfasts in hotels, here it is really good. I had a very pleasant experience and I have already booked to return here in a couple of months.

We had a rest in early August. I really liked the hotel. The first is, of course, the territory, and this is the biggest plus. I completely agree with those who write that this is an oasis of Abkhazia. It is especially felt after going on excursions))) The service is on the level. The breakfasts are quite good, the assortment practically does not change, but the choice is large: porridges, sliced bread, pancakes, vegetables, cheesecakes, cottage cheese, pastries, fruits, etc. Coffee from drip coffee makers. We only took breakfast, had lunch and dinner at the Teahouse cafe. You can use the buffet for a fee, dinner 1400, breakfast 700 rubles per person. The room was standard with a balcony. We checked in at 13:30, the hotel was fully loaded. In the room: hairdryer, refrigerator, shower gel, shampoo, solid soap; mugs, tea, slippers, bathrobe are missing. The rooms are ordinary and small. The balconies are located close to each other, which was very confusing at first. But then they got used to it, and given the stunning view from the window, they no longer paid attention to it. There were no interruptions in the water supply. Beach towels are provided. There is no audibility between the rooms, but when walking down the corridor it is very audible. But no one was walking in circles there))) That's it. There is a water cooler on the floor. The pool and the beach are great. There were always places. Many people have already written that the entrance to the water is not very convenient, there are large stones. There are a lot of abandoned colorful buildings nearby, an embankment, a shop. We went to the market by minibus, the fare was 50 rubles. Opposite the market in the shopping center there is a great store with delicious food, which is prohibited in our country. The impression of the hotel is excellent, if we go to Abkhazia, I will most likely return here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
