We ordered a design project and renovation of a two-room turnkey apartment in the residential complex "Severny Bereg". We wanted a bright, cozy and functional space — in the end it turned out even better than expected. The apartment has become as comfortable as possible: excellent zoning of the kitchen and living room, lots of thoughtful storage spaces. The team worked quickly, accurately and was always in touch. After 7 months, we approached the painting work, although it was promised to do everything in 6 months. The quality is there in places, and in places it does not pass according to the SNiP of the Republic of Belarus. Foreman Vitaly Kundas, did not see any problems in this, did not agree with the technical supervision, argued with foam at the mouth that this was the best quality in the city (not passing by very mild standards, i.e. read the laws). we accept ceilings according to the norms, differences of 2 cm - well, they pass. the self-leveling floor has cracked by 100m2, well, we will cover the cracks and it will go, it is not visible under the tiles the cost of a square of work is not about anything at all, it does not matter ceilings, dismantling or plaster. they cram the mouldings into the estimate and additional work as a mandatory part. to summarize: if you want to waste a lot of money and time, please contact us. unskilled but confident employees who do not have the right to do their job will be happy to help you.
