I booked three weeks before arrival, I was supposed to check in from 2.08-08/04/2025 (there was a Jennifer Lopez concert in Yerevan these days and it was a huge problem to find another available hotel) Two days before arrival, they wrote to the Watts app that they were canceling my reservation because they allegedly had repairs planned at the hotel, I ask you to write this information to me in the booking office, but they did not write anything and did not cancel there themselves! On the day of arrival, I came to their hotel, I didn't see any repairs, they offered to put me in their neighboring hotel for the same price, which was located in an apartment building somewhere in the courtyards, or in a room without even a window or in a room of 10m2 with two beds! You can just keep silent about the other external component! As a result, I had to request a cancellation myself at the booking office, which they approved, thank you.

It's a very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. The room is clean and has everything you need. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The location of the hotel is in the very center. The room is cozy and very spacious
