I was on the fourth floor in October 2025. A two- or three-room hotel, corresponds to the cost. One of the advantages is a convenient transport location, good breakfasts, Russian-speaking staff, good fast Wi-Fi. One of the disadvantages is the disgusting sound insulation (conversations can be heard very well and with all the details, and not only in the next room ) The creaking elevator is very annoying in the morning, they start cooking breakfast at about seven thirty- you can hear the clink of dishes. The furniture is old and shabby, the linen is obviously not fresh (there was no linen change for five nights, only towels were changed) the rooms are not large at all. The air conditioner is working, but again it's kind of very noisy (maybe my room was like that).

Nice hotel, great location in the center of Istanbul. 20 minutes from the tram stop. Very pleasant staff, delicious breakfasts with a beautiful view of the Marmara Sea! As a hiker, it's a great accommodation option for me - everything is nearby. By tram 10-15 minutes to the sights. There is a subway nearby in 6 minutes. Everything is fine in the room. Unfortunately, the TV and the safe did not work. There were dusty bedside tables and a dirty window sill on the balcony. I recommend the hotel, thank you very much for 2 weeks of rest and a pleasant welcome!

Excellent hotel, near the metro, in the historical center. 15-20 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar, historical monuments. Small, cozy rooms. Excellent rooftop restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus.
