Deliberately check in one day earlier but was told that no room. Due to useless staff who spent 20 mins to look for the booking. Toilet was clogged and lift button are dirty. Breakfast supposed to be 8-10am but even when we turn up at 8. Limited choices and they don't intend to top up the food. Almost not many food after just 8:30am. Price was ok but standard is terrible.
