In this residence, my three children and my wife and I waited out the quarantine after COVID-19. The staff is very helpful here, they will always help and provide the necessary services. There is a small grocery store on the ground floor. Its assortment is quite enough to cover the needs. The area is new and is still being actively built up. The apartments here have a set of dishes, including pans and pots. All household appliances. It is also cleaned daily. Far from a luxury, but quite acceptable.

It should be borne in mind that there is nothing to do on foot there in the district. We really liked the hotel, it's convenient to get anywhere by car from this point. Our room was 150 sq.m. with a large balcony-everything was clean, neat, serviceable, although the table on the balcony was broken (the bolt was unscrewed and the table wobbled until you sat down at it-imperceptibly) - the staff fixed everything very quickly. And in general, they are very nice and responsive.
