I would like to mention the work of Alexandra Kapustina and Alexandra Kugel, the Absolut Real Estate agency. We helped to sell real estate (apartment in Minsk mir).
Communication: we listened to all the wishes and terms of sale. After that, we adjusted and made an offer for further work, taking into account all my criteria, which was very pleasant!
Work: we reported on all views of the apartment, as well as all offers from potential buyers! as a result, the first offer was received about 1.5 weeks after the start of the sale! And the buyer was found after 3 weeks (as I was later told, this is a very good sale period)

Since the buyer took out a loan, additional actions were needed (for example, opening an account), they also told how everything needed to be done.
