It was cold in the room, but the kindest staff fixed everything.
Positive:
- checked in ahead of check-in time without additional charges and was also allowed to leave later
- polite staff, very responsive and empathetic staff, told everything and gave advice on how and where it is better to go to Astana.
- the breakfasts are quite tasty.
- cleanliness
Minuses:
- I had to ask for water and paper every day
- the bar didn't work and the restaurant didn't work outside of breakfast either
- cold room
- old repairs
- few outlets and they are inconvenient
- the refrigerator was not cooled
- the kettle had to be put on the floor, otherwise the wire would not reach.
Overall, four stars for the staff.

The hotel is normal , the rooms are clean , but tired. The staff is very polite and friendly, they always meet you halfway. Delicious , hearty breakfasts and lunches .

We stayed at the hotel from July 1-5, 2024, and were very satisfied. Cozy hotel, clean rooms, good breakfasts, courteous staff, good location.
