We consider cooperation with this printing company to be extremely unprofessional. At the stage of agreement approval, the company refused to include provisions on anti-corruption policy and business ethics, offering to "take your word for it," which is unacceptable in civilized business practice. The company's representatives also insisted solely on their contract template, which was obviously 6-8 years out of date. The term "economic court" still appears in the document, which looks absurd in modern legal realities. All attempts to bring the contract in line with the current regulations were rejected. As a result, negotiations are disrupted, time and resources are wasted. We strongly do not recommend this company, especially to top-tier organizations that operate according to transparent, anti-corruption and compliance standards.
