С ребёнком на коляске или инвалидам на коляске туда не подняться на 2 этаж А там банкоматы и все отделы одежды.Есть лифт но нельзя им пользоваться, как сказал охранник что он служебный и нельзя посетителям на нём подняться.

ТЦ работает с 10.00 ч. Далеко не все отделы в 10.00 открыты. Единственный минус. В целом ТЦ не плохой. Есть аптека и супермаркет, а также магазин бытовой техники.
