The bank is working sooo slowly, I just had to change the money, as it turned out it couldn't be done at an ATM without an Armenian phone number. However, a very nice girl from the reception helped me, kept her room and even took me 200 drams more money than I needed, since 1000 drams is the smallest piece of paper, so I put 4 stars for the human factor, thank you very much to the girl!!!

I came to the bank branch at 42 Mashtots Avenue for a simple currency exchange, I have never been served in a bank for so long. For some reason, the clients who came later than me also passed earlier for the exchange, I waited an hour and a half! The staff is polite, but EVERYTHING is very slow!!! The bank branch arrived at 15:54, left at 17:32!
