For 20 minutes, 2 windows were served by one customer, after which someone's earlyone lit up instead of my ticket. Ask the opera branch to work worse, otherwise your service loses too much against its background.

Catastrophically poor service. There is a wild queue, but the employees do not strain themselves too much. A slow and indifferent attitude to everything and everything. Received a card. I waited in line for 1.5 hours. It's just game. I visited their branch in another city. Absolutely the same picture. In the end, it also turned out that when depositing MY money to my card, I still have to pay a commission to the Bank. Keep your fragile psyche, stay away.

The worst bank branch I 've ever encountered .The service is terrible, no one wants to do anything, they go around 24/7 with their coffee and drink.Another fat woman walks around like the main one pretending to work, but to no avail. .Customer orientation is 0 . Eternal queues .Disrespectful attitude towards customers .They promote the queue as they want.They take customers for fools .Most of the employees do not know Russian . At the checkout, the girl sits pretending to be the boss and is rude.Tarevik was my name .He also talks a lot. I am very unhappy with the service.Don 't set foot in this branch anymore .

Hello! The Bank is just Terrible!! On Aram Street. Customer orientation is 0. Everyone just goes from office to office. They are standing talking with their disposable coffee cups. Each client costs at least 40 minutes. MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES DON'T CARE.

Are you serious? does the central office send it to a remote branch of the bank to be done there?? and when they asked who had what question, couldn't they say that we weren't doing it?
