Eternal queues .Disrespectful attitude towards customers .They promote the queue as they want.They take customers for fools .Most of the employees do not know Russian . At the checkout, the girl sits pretending to be the boss and is rude.Tarevik was my name .He also talks a lot. I am very unhappy with the service.Don 't set foot in this branch anymore .

Received a card. I waited in line for 1.5 hours. It's just game. I visited their branch in another city. Absolutely the same picture. In the end, it also turned out that when depositing MY money to my card, I still have to pay a commission to the Bank.
