The interior of the department was clean and comfortable, and the ticket dispenser was right at the entrance, next to an employee who could direct you where to contact for your question.

A good department, they help promptly. The ticket office is open until 16:30. The branch itself is supposedly open until 18:00, but after 16:30 with the cash register closed, for some reason they work at half strength. There are almost no queues, maybe because of the small flow of people informally and finish working earlier.
