Pilaf is probably one of the best I've eaten in Uzbekistan. The rapidly developing chai hong outside the city. Construction is expanding everywhere. The rating is 4 out of 5 only for the food, in fact it's a little dirty, the service by the standards of the teahouse is not bad, they would like neatness and cleanliness and generally super.
