Saturday Dec.Jul., 3 of the 4 products that should have arrived between 2 and 4 o'clock on Saturday, 05.07.2025, as planned, were delivered based on the request we created on June 26 for the delivery of our dowry set quad products that we purchased from Bosch authorized dealer Dörtyıldız Ankara Acity store; however, our refrigerator, which the authorized dealer claimed to supply from his own warehouse, was not delivered. As it was not done, we were delayed by store officials all day. The accounting department, especially the store manager, did not return any of our calls with the promise that they would be returned. We were kept waiting all day at the house, where we had not yet started the session, having to cancel all our plans, and no explanation came. First of all, we are waiting for the delivery of our product and a big apology from the store. A big fiasco that will not suit Bosch quality...

It is a medium-sized shopping mall that I go to frequently due to its proximity to my residence. But since it is on the street, there are also wedding and wedding halls, it is generally quite a crowded place. Although it has a large parking lot (open and closed), there may be a shortage of parking, especially on weekends because it is very crowded. I don't recommend going on the weekend unless it's urgent. However, it is still important that such a place is there.
