I love this place. I spent my childhood (4-11 years old) here three swimming pools (2 on the roofs of buildings and one below between them) a hall (not large but convenient) and parking, the guards are friendly and if anything will tell you how to get to a certain place near the night market (I highly recommend it is delicious there) and several huge hotels (before their construction, there was a very beautiful view) but now there is a little groom, but now there are no shops of this kind if anything is nearby (the same 7/11) massages bars cafes, a bank and an exchanger are also close, if you pass, you can get to the beach to the shopping center is not far (by tuk tuk literally 10-15 minutes) but it is better to take a car it's easier to rent it this way and the parking in the air conditioner is convenient. in general, I strongly advise everyone to visit here + a lot

The building is in the shape of an "EAR", 8 floors, Parking, 3 swimming pools, one on the 1st floor. looped (in the center with a Jacuzzi and a zone for children from 6m to 5l) 2 basikas on 8 floors overlooking the ocean and the surrounding area. Security is excellent, water in the vending machine, a game room in the shade, sun beds, waterfall, showers, everything is fine. The sea is 30 km away. A huge plus is the Jomtien Night Market. Food, stuff, massage, and music are a hangout. Rooms for 4+ , single rooms of sq.m. All for min.there is a way of life. Whoever stayed here is no longer looking. Excellent condominium, everything is always clean and tidy. There is a nice pool downstairs and a couple of pools on the roof. The location deserves special praise, on the one hand it is quiet and no one bothers to relax, on the other hand everything is within walking distance (night market, beach and tuki here) I recommend it)

We had a rest in this complex in February/ March 2023. The condo is a five-minute walk from the night market and the sea. Also in five/six minutes on 7/11. The condo has several pools, a large one downstairs (but the water seemed cool) and upstairs on the 8th floor (the water is warm and the view is beautiful). The apartment itself has furniture, dishes and everything you need in abundance. The only thing that bothered me was the presence of ants in one of the rooms and in the kitchen.
