The whole class was complaining about their teacher and they wanted to do it dry again with another teacher. For this reason, the upper exchange rate that I will pass has never been opened on the promised date. Despite the constantly postponed start dates, I have never received the education service. I requested a refund with a written petition in February. The agency stated that the refund will be made within a month. Paid June, however, MONTHS later. As if everything that happened wasn't enough, even though I had paid with a credit card, they called me to their feet and insisted on making a cash refund. Although I reached out by phone and message many times during this process, each time I was only told, “We will call you when it is convenient.”they distracted me by saying, "he said. Unfortunately, NO interest, solution or responsibility was shown throughout the process. It really bothered me extremely that they were holding my money in their hands, especially, thinking that they were tricking me, and constantly repeating the same things. All pay documents and my petition are available in my hand. This process has worn me out both financially and spiritually. For this reason, I would like to share the victimization I have experienced. My advice to people who are considering getting a service is to do a lot of good research before making a decision. I am sharing this comment so that you do not experience the same disappointment.
