On the morning of 07/08/2025, we decided to make toast from toast bread, and I found mold on the bread, wrapped it up and put it in the refrigerator, since there was no time to take it back, my child and I (a small one) went to the doctor, I can attach evidence of our route by Yandex taxi and taking tests in two hospitals. Therefore, with all their desire, they could not take it back. 07/09/2025 while we were awake, we had breakfast and by about 11-12 o'clock in the afternoon I sent my daughter to the store to change the bread, so there was such a scream at the child in the store, at first they said that these were not their products and why they did not bring them right away. When is 11 a.m. right away??? And why do they sell products with mold, who controls the quality of products, and why don't they give out a receipt for the purchased product, and then say it's not their product..... Fresh bread wouldn't get moldy overnight before breakfast.… They still manage to shout and shout that it's not about 7,000-8,000 soums. There must be a culture of behavior that we will never achieve with such an attitude towards the consumer. I'm not a crash team, I'm for consumer justice. We didn't even eat a single piece of this bread.… We are human beings and no one has canceled the human momula. The most crummy store is always with expired goods, believe me.
