The problems started from the very beginning. No one met us at the airport upon arrival, we had to call from a Russian SIM card, spending a lot of money on these calls so that a representative of the rental company would meet us. An hour later we were met and brought to the rental company. And it turned out to be not Right cars, but their representatives Activerentacar, where the theater immediately began! The representative of this company began to say that this car cannot be rented to you without insurance, although under the terms of this it was not said anywhere, which we did not want to agree with. Then he agreed with us and started the operation to block funds on the credit card. But his terminal was giving an error. He entered some incomprehensible numbers to us, but nothing worked, it went on like this 10 times. I called another representative with a different terminal, everything is the same. I called my bank, where they replied that there were no requests for such an operation. This meant that it was just a hoax on the part of Activerentacar! After an hour of this farce, he again started talking about insurance, which he paid in cash at their office, he can provide us with a car, without blocking funds on a credit card. Some more time passed, and we were forced to agree, because if we had unilaterally refused the lease, money would have been withdrawn from my card in the form of a fine. We paid 70€ and taught the car a lesson. There were no complaints during the rental period. Upon returning, everything was fine too, the car was new, there were no problems, it was examined, accepted, said everything was fine, took us to the airport. Upon returning to Russia, after about a week, Activerentacar charges 75€ from my credit card. I called this company, and the representative replied that the funds were withdrawn by mistake. And they should return it soon, but it never happened. Then they just stopped answering my calls and texts. Beware of this Activerentacar company, which is a representative of Right cars!
