The hotel is located near one of the most popular Istiklal streets. And this is a huge minus! It is simply impossible to get enough sleep at night - the constant noise from the street, the rumble of garbage trucks and endless parties until six in the morning. I could have closed the windows and muffled the noise a little, but then I would have had to turn on the air conditioner, and it was covered in mold!
The hotel managers did not meet us, everything was closed, although we were warned that we would arrive late due to flight delays. And this was the case with at least five other people who waited outside for a long time and did not understand what to do (we helped to get through to the manager, spent our time and explained everything to new guests, although this is not our job!). When we arrived, we asked the taxi driver to help - he was able to get through and explain to the hotel manager that two girls were standing alone at night and it would be nice to meet them. The manager came, took a picture of the passport, gave the keys and left. They didn't show us the room, didn't give us towels, and didn't explain anything at all (by the way, English won't help you, be prepared to use a translator everywhere).
The room itself was dirty (mold, musty smell, red hair in the shower, etc.). There was also mold at the head of the bed and it was impossible to breathe, so I had to go to bed in a different way, and I didn't even want to sleep on the couch - it was so dirty. Old furniture and creepy curtains that I didn't want to touch, a refrigerator that wouldn't close, dirty dishes...
Also, if you are traveling with a colleague or with children, be prepared for a surprise - the shower is transparent and stands in the middle of the room. How they came up with this idea, we still don't understand! We were disappointed and will never go to this place again!

The room in this apartment hotel was booked a week before the pre-paid accommodation, but when we arrived, the hotel was closed, no lights were on in any window of the hotel. No one answered the phone number indicated on the entry voucher. After standing with my wife for about two hours under the hotel, we had to find another one. And the very next day, after checking my e-mail, I saw an email from onetwotrip with a message from the hotel that it was necessary to call a certain mobile phone 20 minutes before arrival so that I could get the room key. The letter was sent at one o'clock on the day of our arrival. I believe that such things should be reported at least a day before entry. Moreover, if such conditions appeared urgently, then onetwotrip employees should have called me instead of writing to the mail. A few days later, we approached this hotel again and it was also closed. Moreover, we asked people from the next building if they knew if Ada Homes was working. We were told that no one had been seen there for a long time and we were not sure that the hotel was working.
The onetwotrip support service told us that the hotel did not want to refund the money without a fine, which I did not agree to, and onetwotrip support service stopped responding to my messages.
My wife and I were very lucky that it was December and the hotels were half empty, because it was not the season, and that when we went to the first hotel we came across, we met an employee who speaks Russian- she told us where there is an apartment hotel of about the same level as Ada Homs, and already There was a manager in this apartment hotel who knows Russian, although he has not spoken it for 15 years. And if you look at the reviews and ratings of Ada Homes on other sites, you will see that they are very low, bad. Moreover, there are two Ada Homes that are located close to each other. Presumably, they belong to the same owner. Don't be fooled.

It's very dirty and cold. Cutlery and dishes with leftovers, the stove does not work, there are no dishes for cooking. Towels with holes, shampoo expired. Behind the furniture there are lost other people's things, all the furniture and bed linen are stained. There is litter and hair on the floor, plumbing leaks, hot water and pressure happen at times. The rooms themselves are good, but they are not cared for and this is terrifying. There is nothing for washing dishes. The blinds are broken. The door from the kitchen cabinet is in the living room, there are wrappers in the same place. The walls are dirty, the windows are not washed in dried drops and streaks. There are leaves and dry plants in pots on the terrace (+16C), there is no ashtray. The toilet flush works every other time. There are no consumables, such as soap, brushes, paste, gel. There are no slippers, the floor is icy. There are no bathrobes. The radiators are slightly warm, the room is cold. There was not enough pillowcase for one pillow. We booked the most expensive room in advance, arrived, but settled us in another (cheap) one, because ours was busy. Only on the second day they were moved to the one they had booked. It's not that they didn't make a discount, but they also took it more expensive than when booking on booking. They left without saying goodbye. Of the advantages, only a good location: opposite the window of the Italian Embassy, a delicious cafe and a hammam. Galata Tower is 10 minutes away, Istiklal is 5 minutes away, Taksim is 10 minutes away.
