My family and I came from Istanbul and had dinner at this restaurant. After eating our meals, we ordered dessert and tea. When my wife asks for a second tea, the business owner uses a style that is not compatible with the customer at all ‘2. he's drinking the tea,' he began to be told. However, it didn't even take us 20 minutes to get up from sitting down. Despite this, we were treated as if we had lingered for hours. When I expressed the situation when paying the bill and leaving, he said, ‘You are not tradesmen, you cannot understand us,’ and turned his back in a cocky way and stopped talking. This approach is indicative of a mindset that sees the customer only as a ‘source of money’, completely far from respect. We went there not for a quick snack, but to have a family meal at the restaurant. However, we have seen that this business does not aim to welcome its guest, but to feed and lift the customer as soon as possible and to make room for the next person. This attitude suits neither tradesmanship nor hospitality. Although we went for the first time, we were very disappointed. I definitely do not recommend it to those who want to eat comfortably in a family environment. Choose businesses that are more respectful and value customer satisfaction.
