I liked the location, but now the street is being renovated nearby, it's not very comfortable. But the hotel itself was very quiet, no one was making any noise, and the neighbors were inaudible. Everything in the room corresponded to the stated, the Internet worked well, the air conditioner works for heat too, because there is no central heating, the bed is comfortable, the bed linen and towels are fresh. Everything was working properly in the kitchen, but the outlets are strangely located, there is only one outlet for the kitchen area, located next to the microwave, the kettle standing on the floor is strange.

Exceeds expectations! Very cozy. A large enough room for two. A kitchenette with all necessary equipment. The room is clean. Excellent Internet connection. Wonderful hotel staff. Everyone is polite, friendly, helpful. Round-the-clock reception. A good breakfast is served. The hotel is very conveniently located. There is a tram stop nearby "Garibaldi Square", which is important when traveling from /to the airport. There are many food supermarkets nearby. Near the Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town, the port, an excellent city park for walking. There are playgrounds, exercise equipment for outdoor sports. There are kind, bright, sympathetic people around.

Stayed at this hotel for several years. Conveniently located, a short walk from Garibaldi Square. There is a train station nearby, from where you can get to Cannes, Grasse, Monaco or Ventimiglia (Italy). The rooms are rustic, not the most spacious. The rooms have their own kitchen. There is a small swimming pool on the roof.
