I came with my wife for the weekend. The hotel is top for your money. Courteous staff, fast service. A friendly receptionist who kindly upgraded the room category. We were satisfied with our stay at this hotel

There is NO hotel for 30000r!! It's not worth the money!! The breakfast is terrible just! Eggs, cheese and delicious pastries. There is fresh, but it is diluted with water. There's nowhere to have dinner nearby!! All the positive reviews were written by one girl.... The pool and saunas are Icy!! for some reason, they add the smell of menthol very Strongly. It's impossible to breathe. A boor about nothing at all. The rooms are poorly cleaned, the water from the shower fills the entire bathroom. I saw a new Turkey with new standards of 5-star hotels))))

The hotel itself is great. The rooms are of the highest quality. The staff is friendly and pleasant. I came to the hotel with my family, it was a gift to my parents. Upon arrival, I was asked to leave a deposit of 100 euros per night. We stayed a total of 12 nights. I paid with a card. I was warned that after departure, the money would be returned to the account in 5-7 days at most. When this did not happen, I called the hotel and they extended the period to 10-15 working days. Unfortunately, this period has already passed, the money in the amount of 1200 euros has not been returned to my account, and the hotel is not responding. Very unpleasant

I would say one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms are very comfortable. Everything is working on an intelligent system. The restaurant and the chefs are very successful. They deserve a Michelin star.
