I want to leave feedback about the 2nd and 6th cabinet.
I received a new passport to replace the old one upon expiration.
I did everything urgently for 7 days.
He asked to replace the surname in Latin so that the translation would be from Russian and not from Belarusian.
There are also seals about registration, about children and about marriage, so that they would also be in Russian.
He asked me to make a certificate with the data from the old passport.
Submitted documents on 06/10/2023
at about 12:00 in the 6th office
I received it on 06/16/2023 at about 16:00 in the 2nd office.
During the submission, all employees helped, all questions were answered, even just passing employees provided assistance kindly and politely.
I am very satisfied with the quality of public services.
There is something to compare with the same migration center in St. Petersburg.
Everything was on top here, unlike in the northern capital, where how lucky you are depends on the employee.
I couldn't help but mention it, so I'm leaving a review. Thanks to all the staff for their professionalism.
