I decided to share my, alas, extremely unsuccessful experience at the hairdresser "Adele". I've been dreaming of a bob haircut for a long time, and I've been growing my hair out for six months to finally do what I've wanted to do for a long time. The salon next to the house is convenient, I thought. I made an appointment in advance and arrived on time. But it turned out that my master did not come to work. I was offered another one, Vera, "more than 10 years of experience." I think: Well, then, in good hands. While I was waiting, I observed the situation. Nearby, another master was doing the hairstyle of an elderly woman. She politely asked to trim her ears with scissors, not with a typewriter. To which the master responds with irritation, in raised tones: "How can I make you scissors?! You have to trust the master, otherwise you'll tell him yourself that you don't like it!" And the thought flashed through: if a master can't cut straight with scissors, what kind of master is that? And now it's my turn. I explained in detail what I wanted: a classic square, without ladders on top (I can't stand it!), oblique bangs, taking into account the curls. Vera nodded and said: "I got it, I'm just going to trim the top — literally by a millimeter. You won't even notice." I trusted him. During the haircut, she talked incessantly, gesticulated actively — and at some point I saw a decent piece of hair flying off from the front strand. My heart skipped a beat: — What are you doing?! And in response, I heard a calm: — And I'm done. Then — a quick styling, a wave of the hair dryer and a final phrase.: "Well, it's a bit womanizing, but you'll get used to it, you'll like it." I'm in a stupor. I paid 25 rubles and left, deciding: okay, maybe I'll pack it myself — it'll be better. But at home, after washing my hair for the first time, I was overcome with panic. The hair is uneven, there is a chopped "ladder" at the back, as if with an axe, steps in front, bangs are short, uneven, no oblique line. I spent an hour styling my hair, crying, and couldn't believe it was happening to me. Everyone at work was in shock. One colleague said: "It's like they didn't cut your hair, but trained to learn from you!" The saddest thing is not the length, but the attitude. Customers are sheared like on an assembly line. No individual approach, no responsibility for the result. Yes, someone will say, "What did you want for 25 rubles?" And I will say that I wanted at least respect. I've paid more than once, and I always tip the master for a good job. But here — not a penny. Now I'm going to avoid Adele. Masters, if you are reading this, people come to you not just to get a haircut, but to entrust their reflection in the mirror to you. Don't turn their dream into a nightmare.
