We agreed to print the project for 1,100,000 soums, the price and deadline were confirmed in advance (they promised Monday). After the payment, they reported a "program error" and demanded an additional payment of 1,000,000 soums. As a result, the order was completed late (ready only on Wednesday); they were not fully issued. They change the conditions after receiving the money. The project had to be reprinted elsewhere. I don't recommend it.
