Не всегда продукция свежая, качество ниже среднего. Работают вообще дилетанты, практически ничего не знают о своей работе и обязанностях. Заказывал несколько раз торты. Всегда косячили. Пишут вообще безграмотно. Если попросите написать на торте текст, убедитесь в том чтобы написали все правильно. Можете даже листочек оставить, что именно нужно написать (а то могут неправильно написать).

Для своего сегмента очень даже неплохо. Покупаем сдобную выпечку и самсу, пирожные тоже хорошие. Одно но, сдобная выпечка не укрывается ничем и бывает залетают мухи
