продавец консультант халатно относится к работе и к покупателям, разговаривает по телефону во время обслуживания, также считает что покупатели сами должны всё знать. была бракованная пара кроссовок, продавец решил что мы должны сами разобраться со всей проблемой и позвонить в интернет магазин, скидку за брак не предложила.
