Today we paid for parking in cash and received a receipt. but the system did not let us out on the road. The dispatcher told us that we had not paid. and she didn't even listen to us, immediately classified us as scammers. We have a receipt in our hands, but we don't have any rights. On departure, the employee saw that we had a different ticket number in the receipt. That is, we paid for someone using our ticket, they charged us 500 tenge, gave us 200 tenge in change. and our ticket was left unpaid. How their system missed it. We indignantly paid a second time and did not even think to immediately request a check of the cameras near the device. And when we got home, we couldn't get through to any specialist. That's how the attitude towards the service changed one day. I would give minus five stars, but there is no such possibility.

In the store at Astor you can find everything you need, which is pleasing in principle. There are cases when an overdue product is on the counter, but in a hurry you take it and notice the delay already at home. I understand that this often happens in many stores and similar centers. But, it's a shame.... After all, it happens that the price for the product is not cheap.
