Хороший, современно оборудованный по уму торговый центр, есть магазины с качественным товаром и можно перекусить (могу посоветовать ресторан Zheka's plov doner house, у них приятный глазу функциональный дизайн, встречал пока только хороший персонал, и вкусный куринный Алматинский донер с соусом, только брать лучше обычную порцию, в большие могут соуса недолить). Так же есть различные развлечения - зоопарк, игровые и т.п. Есть проблемы со связью и интернетом, вероятно с парковкой и компетенцией охранного персонала тоже.

Огромный ассортимент. Множество различных бутиков и магазинов. Можно закупиться едой в дом на целый год, побаловать себя вкусняшками в Marvin, купить кучу классной и качественной одежды и обуви, множество товаров для детей, а также огромный отдел с бытовой техникой.
При всём при этом вежлывый персонал поможет вам подобрать интересующий вас товар.
Можно привести себя в порядок в салонах красоты или в барбер шопе.
Детям будет интересно осмотреть всё что там есть, ведь планировка здания весьма не обычная.
Подобраться на машине будет не очень легко, но зато можно оставить свой транспорт как на большой уличной парковке так и на подземной парковке которая работает до 22:00.
Практически весь третий этаж служит как развлекательный центр, как для детей так и для взрослых. А именно: множество заведений для быстрого и не очень дорогого перекуса, с прекрасным видом на набережную реки Иртыш (лучшие виды открываются к заходу солнца) также есть бар в котором можно посидеть с друзьями в уютной обстановке за кружечкой пива или провести свидание с бутылочкой хорошего вина.
Для детей есть огромный центр с различными атракционами, играми и другим досугом.
Есть интересные и позновательные места такие как контактный зоопарк, зеркальный лабиринт и иллюзион парк с интересными экспериментами.
Для вас работает кинотеатр с большим количеством заллов и свежими новинками фильмов.
Если вы уже были в АДК Ривер то приходите туда в основном в определёное место или за определенными товарами.
Но если вы там первый раз, то будьте готовы потратиться, ведь глаза там просто разбегаются

Большой торговый центр с разнообразным выбором товаров. Проблемы с парковкой, один въезд он же выезд и поэтому там часто пробки. Есть продуктовый супермаркет много кафе и фаст-фудов, есть кинотеатр.
