We ordered a VIP sauna for October 23, 2025, a month and a half in advance. They promised a warm pool and all the conditions. In fact - dirt, mold, flies, water is barely running, the pool is icy, it stinks of sewage. The steam room is cold, they haven't started heating it yet. The ladder in the water is skewed to one side, the legs slip off. There are no shelves for soap accessories in the shower. We've never had a vacation like this before, and for so much money! The sofa is cut up. We don't come here anymore and we don't recommend it to others!
