Convenient location, 5 minutes from the metro station.Mikhailovo.A well-equipped fitness club, a lot of cardio equipment, a swimming pool, halls for group classes, a good gym.I also like the Jacuzzi and sauna.I recommend.

It's a terrible club. I remember the first Adrenaline Rush on Frunzenskaya, then the second on Bogdanovich - I've been online for almost five years. Now I got to the Railway station and this is one of the worst clubs in Minsk. The most interesting thing is that it is in this club that the owner of the Shust network regularly engages. Now for the claims. 1) there is no ventilation. Not at all. there is nothing to breathe in the halls. there are papers "do not open windows" and all windows are open, because otherwise you can suffocate. 2) locker rooms are dark. it's cramped, dirty, the lockers are narrow and uncomfortable, the bench is narrow, everyone has to crowd and interfere with each other. 3) showers are terrible. the classic lack of ventilation and normal drainage. 4) toilets - it is impossible to describe their squalor. the level of the railway station, well, kmon, the owner, well, how is it??? in general, if I hadn't been forced to come to this club because of the coach, I would have already left. although I will most likely think about something - it is extremely uncomfortable to study in such conditions. No one is waiting for luxury, but I described the elementary things above, the curves are solved even in state clubs, but here in private....It's a shame, it should be a shame for the owners.

Excellent gym, coaching staff, location and range of services - from towels to sauna and swimming pool. The price-quality ratio is perfect! But there are eternal problems with parking and the cafe downstairs does not accept cards

I used to put five stars, undoubtedly I like the gym and there is nothing to say here, but due to the change in the work schedule, you do not really have time to work out, there is also not enough time to get into the pool, the sauna does not work...as a result, what we have is, I paid for a ride with an aquazone and missed a quarter of the training because I didn't have time, anyway, the work is not going anywhere, and secondly, I never got into the pool and the sauna is closed. And thirdly, it is very grammatical to sell season tickets and then close the sauna and change the work schedule.. now go to the round-the-clock gym, you probably won't get the Adrenaline, but what can you do. I give you three stars just for the fact that the gym is super and the guys work there are great.

"Adrenaline" on the Railway is an excellent fitness center. The rooms are always clean. There is a pool, sauna and jacuzzi, where after a productive workout you can go and relax your muscles. And it's very cool! since there is no such thing in others. I really like it) I've been walking with pleasure for the third month now.
