The best gym in Gomel. I've been walking almost since the opening.
Pros: A large spacious hall, a lot of frames for swearing in, several bench presses. There are many different simulators. A nice cardio area with a great view. There is a solarium and a mini bar with protein
Cons: Sooooo many people!!!... and at the same time, constant promotions to attract even more people. Where???
Gomel needs another such hall or even several
There is no spa area (not critical for me)
I would like more modern and driving music.

I've been training in adrenaline for six months now and I can express my opinion.A great hall with a good location.Relative to other halls in Gomel, it is quite large, when a lot of people are engaged, it is practically not felt, but I would like to see more space for stretching and gymnastics.I can say about the simulators that they are all new and there are a sufficient number of them.4 bench presses, 2 leg presses,2 scotts,2 crossovers,1 gaak,a large dumbbell row up to 60kg and many more other simulators, which are often not in the halls of Gomel, here everything is in one place.Excellent price/quality.

Positive:
1) An abundance of simulators, including quite rare ones;
2) There are often promotions where you can buy a subscription for a realistic price;
3) Working hours – my respect, working until 23:00 on weekdays is especially helpful.
Minuses:
1) All the simulators are tired, some even too tired (hello, constant whistles and repairs at the press blocker, the "dead" left side of the delta machine, the cable in the gravitron, which is older than me, etc.);
2) Absolute lack of ventilation, only one of the air conditioners works normally, which was recently changed;
3) 2/3 of the administrators do not know how to say hello (sometimes even in response) and can be rude;
4) If for some technical reason the hall suddenly does not work, then you will only find out about it by kissing the closed doors. Recently, there was a situation when, with the hall closed, they posted "Come to us" in the insta, which prevented them from posting instead "today the hall on Gagarin is not working for those reasons" - it is not clear, I only have to go one way for an hour, so I was extremely dissatisfied;
5) The men's and women's locker rooms were swapped, it was very cool to stand in line for half an hour all winter, because the "new" men's locker room is much smaller in size.
Neutral:
1) A good bar, but it closes too early, if you come to train late, then you can assume that it does not exist;
2) The elevator breaks down quite often, it is only relevant if you have problems with stairs;
3) If you arrive late (after 21:00), there are almost always parking spaces right at the entrance;
4) If you suddenly need help/advice, then the coach may or may not help, keep in mind that we have not yet invented a law similar to 303-FZ in the Russian Federation.
In general, it's a good gym, which I would rather recommend trying to go to (especially if you live nearby), I myself have moved to another one, closer to home, because of the 2 and 4 cons.

The simulators are old, as if they had already been bought old, on pure fitness and even better, despite the fact that it opened much earlier.
It was very hot, there was only one air conditioner for the entire room and it seemed to be actively working for the entire shopping center.

I came to Gomel for work. I went to this "best" gym for the first time. I came, as in any gym, with a change of sports shoes, I was always ready to show the shoes I came in. Less than 10 minutes of my workout have passed, a bearded man comes up to me, I think the cleaner is there, since he came up with this. He says my shoes leave traces, they are not replaceable, dirty, they say he was watching me all the time. He starts talking at first so that I leave the hall, then wash the floor, then wash my shoes, then threatened to take me out himself, then call the guards, even threatened to break this cool guy and go outside to talk))
As a result, he called the police (!!!) because my shoes seemed dirty to him, although they are torn sports sneakers, in which I always go to the gym and never walk down the street in them. He looks at the white sole of my sneakers, which are already 10 years old, and says: that's dirty!! And the fact that after washing these sneakers, it will remain the same color, a person does not understand (I attached a photo of the sole). It's ridiculous to just call the police, who definitely have enough work, but they have to go to this kindergarten. Clowning
I don't recommend anyone to visit this gym if you don't want your workout to be ruined. In order not to detain the police with this absurd conflict, it was decided to refund my money for training

I've never gone to the gym before, but here's a promotion. Well, I fell for it and took a subscription for myself and my husband. I was ready to forgive almost everything: dead souls, where there is no elementary curtain, and slightly "tired" exercise machines, and a terrible selection of music, but... A separate kind of art is coaches. Everything is tailored to individual training. If you didn't buy it, then no one cares about you. As the administrator told us: "and the coach is not obliged to waste time on you." But is it so difficult to suggest and direct it in an elementary way? Well, I think, okay, I'll order this individual workout so that they will tell me and show me how to do it correctly and what exactly to do. So what?.. And nothing, because you need to book a workout in advance. The fact that 5 free coaches are walking around the gym at the same time is nothing. That is, the administrator cannot approach the coaches and ask them to take a person. I have to walk around the gym myself and probably see with my third eye who the coach is, because I didn't notice any differences from the people involved. Therefore, the conclusion is: if the hall itself is still nothing, then the staff is absolutely zero.

Adric is a hall of contrasts, oddly enough. You can treat him in different ways, but if he came to you right away, then you will compare all the halls with him. It would be possible to get to the showers, have questions to the administrators or some trainers in the gym, and even the base of simulators may cause some complaints, but... I don't really care. There's a lot to be forgiven for sharing a zone with cardio machines. Plus, some simulators are just unique and only they have. In addition, many people go not only to keep fit, but also to communicate. And in Adrenaline, both tasks are solved with a bang.

The hall is good , there are no questions ! But the coach ! They include what they want , Choi, Aria , and that type . This music is not for training! And when I was asked to change the music with explanations that it was like in a pub , I was sent to drink beer in that pub , instead of taking into account the wishes of the client ! I just asked for a drive, and in the end I got the sadness of a 40-year-old DJ of this hall, just terrible!

The best gym in the city. A large hall, high ceilings ensure the availability of sufficient oxygen. The simulators are no longer new, but everything works and is in good condition. The location in the shopping center is also a plus, as there is a place to wander while you cool off after a workout.

The worst gym in Gomel, music is not for training at all (it would be better if they turned on a radio already). Coaches are generally a separate topic, there are a whole bunch of them in the gym, and two are busy at most, the rest are sitting on simulators and playing on the phone, interfering with the rest.

I liked it - it was clean, the gym equipment was in good condition, the view of the city, the hall was not stuffy.
I didn't like it- if the club positions itself as expensive, cool, advanced, etc., then free water, shower gel and towels are not a luxury, but a standard. The client should not carry shampoo bottles, water and wet towels with him.. I used to go to the pool in the 80s)
There are not enough benches in the locker room, although there is plenty of space.

What can I say .....the cardio zone is too small and I couldn't jump rope.At rush hour, the shops in the locker room are in demand and the hair dryer goes to the lucky one.... well, the best part is .... an expensive personal item from the locker is missing.There are no cameras in the locker room and there is no responsibility for theft either.Therefore, I recommend hiding valuable things in your pockets and not putting valuable things on the shelves.The framed windows bribed me, so I chose this particular room.

The gym is quite ordinary, the simulators are a little tired, but this is not critical in principle. But in the men's locker room, I would like a little comfort: I want a normal dispenser with liquid soap and antiseptic, as well as paper towels or an electric hand dryer to be hung over the washbasin. Given the price level, all of the above should be in the hall anyway. Therefore, this institution has something to strive for and work on.
