The gym has everything you need for a comfortable workout, there is enough of everything and you do not have to stand in queues for simulators, despite the small area of the room. I would especially like to note the good work of the staff at the reception, or more precisely, the administrator Vitaly Alexandrovich, who can cheer up and cheer up before training, warmly greet and also spend at the end of training and even treat various goodies, sometimes meeting with him is like meeting with a father whom you rarely see 😂👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The hall is nice, it is always cool and there is something to breathe.The simulators are also good, but there is one thing.The most beautiful thing in this room is VITALY.As soon as you see this kind, wonderful man, you immediately get in the mood, even if he hasn't been there all day.This man is the most friendly and friendly of all the people I have ever met.Great respect, he makes the reputation of the hall just wonderful.

I liked it, a good set of strength training equipment and a sufficient amount of cardio. The staff is polite sometimes even too much, you can see they are working on it) The gym is always in order, dumbbells and pancakes are in place. I will continue to come here.

Well, it's not bad at all. Minus - there are a lot of people who are just tin. Cardio trinagers are hanging on perpetual repair:(they are clearly missing. Obviously, they do not simply wipe the dust, I'm not talking about cleaning, disinfection. But everything is based on the footage, the guys are rocking. There are questions about discounts and working hours. It is possible and necessary to make it more flexible. Good luck to everyone.

Coaches swearing at the whole gym, who do not greet those who work independently, lack of exhaust.... It's just creepy.... The only convenience is the location across the street from the place of residence. The rest is rated "minus 10".

Great gym. I come 1-2 times a week and always leave in a great mood. Responsive staff, clean and tidy changing rooms and showers. There are all the necessary simulators to work on any muscle complex. The prices are also quite affordable. In general, I recommend it!

Of the disadvantages, I can only name the high cost and not the most friendly reception staff. A large number of exercise machines and free weights. But only two cyclists. Good coaches. There is drinking water, hair dryer, scales, children's area, blood pressure monitor, toilets, shower. I have not seen queues for simulators.

I am very glad that my son is working out at the ADRENALINE gym with coach Arthur! Every minute of training is beneficial, a person really works hard, and not just sits out his time. ARTHUR is competent, diligent, with a strong character, a good psychologist, I like his individual approach not only to solving tasks, but also to the person specifically. Calmly and clearly sets the task, smoothly and persistently achieves its fulfillment. The training sessions are varied and not boring. Besides, ARTHUR is a very interesting and positive person. My SON is looking forward to every next workout with great pleasure. Many thanks to the coach for his hard work!!!! HE IS A MASTER OF HIS CRAFT!!!!
