We stayed at this hotel from 30.06.25 to 15.07.25. During these 15 days, our room has never been cleaned. The bed linen, towels and toilet paper were changed after 8 days only after we asked. The condition of the bathroom was terrifying: the amount of black mold in the shower was shocking! Throughout the rest, the lights and water were systematically turned off. The behavior of the hostess Lyudmila left an extremely unpleasant impression. She kept checking the date of our departure, sometimes several times a day. But what struck me most was her tactless behavior. One day I was working in my room, and the door opened without knocking. Lyudmila looked in and closed the door. I still didn't understand what it was. Since I wasn't on vacation alone (there were three of us). The girls said that they had also encountered this situation. We paid 114,700 for the room. Considering the cost, the level of service and the living conditions are completely out of line with expectations. For context: last year I also had a vacation in Abkhazia, but in a different hotel, where all the described problems did not arise. I have identified 2 advantages for myself, hence my final two-star rating. 1. Pleasant renovation, without flashy shades and colorful bed linen. View from the balcony to the mountains (although someone may come across a room right next to a neighboring building and you won't have any view). 2. A minute from the sea.

Good afternoon, everyone! This place cannot be called a hotel. This is an ordinary guest house. The only advantage of this place is the magnificent views and proximity to the sea. Everything else is just darkness. The room itself is well, freshly renovated. BUT! The cleanliness, the arrangement and the connection of the owners with the vacationers leave much to be desired. When we checked in, we were not expected to wash the floors, dirty faucet in the bathroom and hair in the drain.🤢 The staircase is located between the houses, very steep, the passage is narrow. It feels like you're relaxing in your grandmother's house. The ironing board is covered with an old duvet cover. There is no kettle or dishes in the room.
