We stayed at this hotel in October 2024, we really liked it. The rooms are large and bright, the view of the sea and the city is amazing, we had a corner room. The staff is friendly and always responded kindly to any request. The hotel itself is very beautiful and impressive, the interior is royal, the color combination is white, black, and gold. It's just interesting to walk around inside the building, there are many interesting locations. Despite the not very positive reviews, we liked everything, and yes, we would like to return. We warmly remember this hotel, we are glad that we visited it. And shoals and flaws can be found everywhere, if desired, a warm hotel, we are glad that we rested in it, came for positive emotions, and we received them in large numbers while staying in this wonderful, majestic, beloved hotel.

There were 13 days since November 15, 2025. We were prepared for the fact that the hotel was tired according to previous reviews. Everything was working in our room. The view from the window is amazing! Cleaning every day. High-speed elevators always work. The staff is really very polite. The sea is nearby (it's always a priority for me). There are shops near the hotel- lotos and sevenelevan. Across the street is a not expensive bar and massage service, on the next street there is an exchange and a bunch of shops and a pharmacy. The evening market is a 15-20 minute walk away. I recommend the hotel!

The hotel was very beautiful once, but it was very neglected and dirty. Now they seem to be trying to resuscitate him, but the smell of dampness is present in the rooms. The breakfasts are hearty, but monotonous. If you leave for excursions or early check-out, take care of the meals. Lunch boxes are not provided. The lobby staff is friendly.Room cleaning is a thrash. I don't even remember this in 2 stars. Towels are simply folded, not changed, and already open shampoo bottles are filled with an incomprehensible liquid of the same color. The shower pours onto the floor past the tub. And not always hot))) one of the advantages is the proximity to the beach, although the exit to the beach is closed at 18 o'clock and you have to go around the hotel - the guests are not given a key, as in other hotels. Beautiful view from the window, beautiful surroundings for photos. Walking distance to the evening market, where you can have a delicious meal and buy things and souvenirs.
