In this store, I was interested in textbooks to replace the lost ones, so I didn't pay attention to the rest, but I noticed that there were additional textbooks (maps, printed notebooks). I was answered in great detail several times by phone and during a personal visit. While I was choosing in the hall, we constantly advised customers - very clearly and competently.
