I called them and the first time I managed to get an employee to pick up but as soon as I spoke in English she hang up on me. I tried calling the second time and this time around my call was ignored. From your website I thought you had English speaking employees who can cater to international customers and from the voicemail attached to this number were English was spoken too I expected to be able to communicate with someone who could speak English but I was disappointed. What really upset me is the attitude of the person who picked up my call and then abruptly hung up , that was rude on so many levels.
