The requirement of bankers, including the guarantor, to pay the mortgage debt ahead of schedule, which seemed illegal to Ekaterina Mikhailovna's predecessor lawyer, and the court's decision was predictable, led to the fact that this requirement was satisfied by the court. In the absence of delinquency in debt servicing, despite the fact that the subject of the mortgage is the only housing... . We were faced with the fact of losing an apartment for which we had been paying the bank for many years. A simple case turned out to be super difficult. We read the reviews. We drew attention to the high quality of work and the variety of cases involving lawyer Demidovets E.M. We were not mistaken! We have found a real professional! She didn't promise anything. She simply proposed the only correct solution in this situation, based on the unfavorable statistics known to her of the cancellation of such decisions in cases involving banks. Her arguments were fully confirmed. For a year and a half, for perfectly legitimate reasons, this court decision could not enter into force, despite the fierce resistance of the "fat cats" (they are really, literally, fat, with huge bellies.
