I want to warn others: my experience with lawyer Danara NM is extremely negative. Briefly — chronology of facts: 1) 10/15/2025: a contract for the provision of legal services has been signed, payment in cash is 50,000 tenge (there is a receipt). 2) In the process, I decided to terminate the contract; the lawyer agreed to refund the money. The parties agreed on a refund. 3) 10/21/2025: she promised to refund the entire amount 4) On 11/01/2025, she transferred only 4,000 tenge to a number belonging to another person, on that day I came to her and at a personal meeting I was forced to sign an agreement stating that I had received 25,000 tenge (this document was signed by me). But I didn't even get that money. At the same time, she promised to transfer the money on 05.11.2025. 5).06.11.2025 She did not return the money, she did not provide any services under the contract, I did not receive a penny, and she blocked me. My fault is that I thought she was an honest woman and would definitely return the money, and I signed a paper stating that she returned the 25k to me. I just couldn't imagine that she would do that. People, be careful not to make the same mistakes that I did when choosing a specialist.
