I turned to Gashinsky Anton Vladimirovich with a question about flooding the apartment (receiving compensation for damage). I received a consultation in style: "Wait for the assessment of specialists, if something goes wrong, I will give you the contacts of a good lawyer." I.e. essentially no help was provided. During the consultation, Gashinsky said that he was ready to provide support by answering specific questions in messengers. In fact, on the very first question about where to send a complaint against the chairman of the HOA - "merged". I received unsubscriptions in the style of any messages asking to answer my question: "I have not been able to find an answer yet," "My correspondence has been deleted, write the question again," etc. I do not recommend this lawyer, at least in matters of flooding the apartment. I am very grateful for the legal and simply human assistance to lawyer Maslov E.D. Thanks to his competent actions, p4. Article 328 was reclassified in paragraph 3 of Article 328 and given a practical minimum term of 6.6 years of general regime. Despite the fact that the prosecutor requested 9 years, and the minimum term under paragraph 3 of Article 328 is 6 years!!!! This is just a great result! None of us even hoped for such a thing. And Yevgeny Dmitrievich always gave consultations and in a short time, although he could not have done so (this was not directly relevant to the case). Thank you very much!
