Пользуюсь услугами Аэрофлот и довольна сервисом. Чаще летала в командировки в Москву - все нравится: персонал вежливый и внимательный, питание достойное, чтобы не искать в дороге ничего другого.

В целом авиакомпания хорошая, но 1. Почему-то мне поменяли ранее выбранное место. Сказали, что не увидели, что было выбрано; 2. Задержали вылет на 40 минут.
