on the last flight from Yekaterinburg to Istanbul, I dropped my wireless earphone on the plane, there was a sharp braking during landing.
I tried to find it on my own - it didn't work out, the flight attendants convinced me that the cleaning service would find it and I would get the earphone back at the company's office without any problems.
Unfortunately, it didn't work out without problems, after a few days I tried to contact the office at this airport (the new Istanbul airport), and just didn't wait for anyone there :)
I tried to contact the company through appeals on their website and of course received answers in the style of a bot robot. They can't help you in any way.
It would seem the simplest story if the device was found in the end to give it to me, but no, they are above that.

We flew 1.08.22 at 8:35 on the Moscow-Istanbul flight.

The attitude of the crew is boorish. Ridicule and ignoring of passengers.

How can you feed passengers like this???!
I understand everything, and I don't eat all the time in restaurants. But it is not difficult to cook delicious and high-quality from simple products.

I recommend both the Turkish office and the airline itself. They help to find solutions and approach the problem like people, not like robots. We sorted out the difficult situation and helped the wife from Latin America not to get stuck in Turkey for an even longer period due to closed borders. Other airlines simply were not allowed on board, despite the availability of documents - they talked about the coronavirus restrictions of Russia, that they would not be allowed across the border, and so on - all this incompetence simply led to stress, loss of some nerves, more than a week of life and money from several tickets that other airlines did not return. I should have taken Aeroflot right away.

They reschedule flights as they want. Even if they are connecting and purchased in the same ticket. You arrive in the city, and your next plane has already left.
It is impossible to get through to the call center at all, you wait for 30-40 minutes.
