Hello I appeal to the Management of Aeroflot I want to leave a very negative review about this company. On October 22, 2025, a passenger on a Moscow -Tashkent flight arrived at the airport in advance, turned to the check-in desk, and was told to wait for unknown reasons. And 5 minutes before the end of check-in, they say that all check-in is over, the flight has been postponed for 2 days! That is, 24 numbers What kind of arbitrariness is this? The ticket was fully paid for , there were no violations , the reason was not clear . As a result , the nerves and worries of the family at home . I had to sort things out at work . Well, at least they compensated, at the moment they settled in a hotel near the airport , at the expense of the company. We are waiting for a safe morning flight home tomorrow. I hope this doesn't happen again.
